Summary 03660: pengo and clones: Player 2 cocktail graphics are offset.
Description When the "Dip switches" are set for cocktail mode, once player 2 starts, the playing field is off-set, but the sprites are in the correct position rendering the game unplayable.
Steps To Reproduce Set dip switch to "Cocktail" cabinet
Hit F3 to reset the game.
insert 2 credits (Kbd 5) twice.
Start a 2 player game (kbd 2)
Kill off player 1 by running into a bad guy.
Wait for the screen to flip and draw.
View player 2's screen.
Additional Information This bug also affects DigDug and some others.

Appears to have been this way for a couple years now - regression in my testing shows 0.115u4 as the breaking version.

Dig Dug (all galaga.c games) also have this issue (unrelated reason/version for break) but this is already logged as 03266. Thank you for the report
