Summary 01181: cischeat: [possible] You can accelerate the car even it is flipped.
Description When your car flips over and crashes, the speed is set to zero, like it should. However, when your car is still flipping, your car can still accelerate, and when it's turned back on the wheels, the car moves on normally, like it hadn't crashed. (Basically, you can get a "rolling start" after a crash.)

Tested on mame 0.208

In this video I'm crashing the car in different ways. I haven't released the accelerator button at any of the crashes.
In most cases when the car has rolled over, speed is back to zero except for this one:
0:28: It seems this is the type of rolling crash the tester refered to. In this case, after rolling, the car fell on its wheels, so it could keep speeding up (different to the flipping crash on 0:01, when the car ended overturned). So it seems pretty obvious that the car can carry on accelerating in this type of crash, so I see no issue here. It seems to be a normal behaviour in a racing arcade game.

In 0:23 there's a curious case: After crashing, speed is reset to zero but the car suddenly accelerates to more than 200 km/h. This happened because the car was pushed from behind by another one.
