Summary 01734: joust2: Cannot start a game
Description The game coins up, but there appears to way to start the game using any keyboard commands. I tried using the '1' key that most games use, but there is no response to pressing it.
Steps To Reproduce Load the game, coin up the game using the '5' key, and then try and start the game by pressing '1' or any other key. It will not acknowledge the P1 start or P2 start.

Running through the system tests, it would appear player 1 start key is left-alt, and the player 2 start key is 's'.

Attached control panel picture. There is a multifunction button which controls START and TRANSFORM. This is also why there are two mappings in the input, I suspect, since there are two functions to that particular button. I'll put it as BTANB for now.

EDIT: Simply closed the report as this is not really a bug in the first place, just a misunderstanding of the control panel layout by the user.
