Summary 03485: mikie, mikiej, mikiehs: Possible priority issue on game completion
Description After completing the last stage of the game when Mikie gets into his car, there appears to be an issue with priority, as the car in the background appears on top of the archway in the foreground.

I can confirm it, let's see if we can get a holder of original PCB to validate this is indeed a bug.

probably mikie_colorram[tile_index] & 0x10 are tiles with high priority
