Summary 03642: 1941: Difficulty dipswitch has wrong values in tab menu
Description In the tab menu the difficulty dipswitch has values from 1(easiest) to 8(hardest) but in the game's menu it's from 0 to 7.

Rule #1 : NEVER trust the "test mode" !

Anyway, according to the "manual" ( http://www.crazykong.com/dips/1941.txt ), there are no numbers at all, so I guess that they are in the code to reflect that difficulty increases.

IMO, the bug shall be closed or at least flagged as "resolved", but we shall wait for another Dev comment.

while I agree Service Mode should not be trusted in general, in this particular case (and maybe some other cps1 game) it could make sense to shift numbers to 0->7 to reflect the service mode. Especially because the Manual does not seem to provide explicit values, and hence Service Mode becomes the only thing you can compare our dip settings to...
