Summary 04279: suprmrio: The digit of the tens of remaining lifes has a glitch.
Description When you finish a level or lose a life, the game shows how many lifes you have.
But if you get more than 10 lifes, the "1" of the tens is replaced by a crown.
Steps To Reproduce Get at least 10 lifes.
Finish the level.

I'd argue that this is expected behavior.
If lives were 20.. 30 or more, that crown doesn't change. If it were a simple misassigned character, that character would change in accordance with the changed tens digit - but it does not.

Further research shows this is also evident in the home console version (anything over 9 lives show the crown). So, it's a BTANB.
