Summary 04613: pballoon: Scrolling problem
Description Pioneer Balloon has a scrolling problem since 0.139u2. See attract mode or the animated GIF.
In 0.129 the screen was shifted left (Bug# 04004) and David Haywood fixed it in 0.139u2.
But he shifted the screen to much right. See pballoon-shift.gif from MAME 0.128u6 and 0.144u6.
