Summary 04667: tgmj: MAME does not dither graphics
Description This might be considered nitpicking, but I've discovered the actual hardware dithers graphics whereas MAME doesn't. I believe MAME is all about accurate emulation, so I'm reporting it. Cropped and enlarged screenshots as proof.
Steps To Reproduce Hue/saturation might be slightly different in PCB screenshots due to analogue VGA capture, this is unrelated to the issue.

It applies to all games with the original PlayStation GPU.
And by the way, the japanese PSX system ROM displays SCEA™ instead of SCEI™.
