Summary 05024: robokidj, robokidj2: [possible] Game crashes with a "5268 Motion Error"
Description At third boss / level 12, the game threw me a "Motion Error" then resetted itself.

No idea if it's a bug that happened in particular circumstances or it always happens, needs checking.

It also writes garbage to the ROM, so I don't think it's something that should happen ...

could be just a bug in that revision, guess you should check the code changes

btw setname is robokidj2 not 2j

After 3 hours of playing I made it to Act - 16 without any errors or resets using 0.147 X64 official Binary.
I know it says save states are not supported, but maybe those and the snaps can be of some help.
Really frustrating game to play for long periods of time. When I hit Act - 16 I just decided to shut it off.

Save states aren't supported, so it doesn't happen when you try to load it.

Additionally, it happened to me with the the robokidj set as well, so it's not a robokidj2 specific issue.

Since I am so horrible at playing the game and never had more then 2 power-ups at a time, perhaps when 3 or more are active, it possibly increases the chance of rolling this error?

I suspect it is a BTANB, so I'm setting it to possible.
There's a workaround for this issue in MAME now, please don't set it to resolved because of that.
