Summary 05322: majtitl2, majtitl2j, skingame, skingame2: Screen offsets when entering player 3 and player 4
Description the screen offsets when entering player 3 and player 4. it is fine when you enter players 1 and 2.

after that it is fine until it is time for players 3 and 4 to swing, the screen offsets again


It seems like players 1 and 2 doesn't offset

Additional Information this is similar to issue id# 04941. (and no the flip screen dip switch is not on)

But probably the game is setted in cocktail mode, so that thing is supposedly a flip screen ...

Technically fixed by swapping the correlated dip-switch around. Flagged every game in the m92.c driver with GAME_NO_COCKTAIL flag (because really, whoever said that the cocktail works on these must be shot).
