Summary MESS-specific 05765: wicat: Boot process keeps repeating, screen goes "weird"
Description As you start, rather than a stable screen, the text/graphics are written over and over again.

I think changes on 04-30-2014 (r30134 to r 30145) are more probable as a regression point.

Caused by changes to the i8275, needs measured clocks for it and the am9517a, and apparently requires tight sync with the DMA controller.

Recent changes to i8275 made wicat display much more stable, but not yet 100%
