It is a fake port. MAME is full of such ports which is currently a needed evil to allow keyboards/digital devices to interface with analog devices in such cases. I'm not entirely sure if there can be anything we can do to make it disappear from your mapping. The game itself has all inputs covered and they work however they are mapped.

What do mean by fake port? What I can see Track Y alalog should be removed and replaced by two buttons.

There are two buttons Aim Up and Aim Down which perform as expected and can be mapped to a analog device if you have such a beast.

These are features/limitations of MAME's input system (depending on how you want to look at it). The inputs are physically there on the boards, even if they're not used, so it's technically correct. Closing as per that explanation, if a dev wants to comment or reopen, feel free.
