|Summary||06079: c64p and clones: Crash loading tape copy of Master of The Lamps|
|Description||Loading the tape version of Master of The Lamps will cause the machine to crash as soon as it is done loading. I tried waiting, but nothing else happens.|
|Steps To Reproduce||
1. Type LOAD
2. Insert tape and play.
You should get flashing bars after it finds "MASTER" volume.
3. Wait until the tape hits block 132.
Green screen, crash.
There is no dump of Master of The Lamps in the tape softlist, so I tested with the emuparadise tape copy of Master of The Lamps.

This is a copy protection/adverse affect of the tape loader used. A little research shows: http://www.luigidifraia.com/c64/docs/tapeloaders.html#flashload showing where Master of the Lamps and a few others are documented not to finish loading properly if they have floppy drives/carts plugged in. You can get rid of the assigned floppy drive slot by assigning "" to the slot value to make it empty. This makes the command-line:
mame c64 -iec8 "" -cass "Master Of The Lamps.tap
It booted ok when this configuration is chosen and I was able to start/play it.

That must be the same with Donkey Kong on Amstrad CPC.
Mark this as a Bugs That Aren't Bugs then.
