Summary MESS-specific 06282: snes [rivaltrfu, rushbeat]: Black Screen
Description The game doesn't start anymore, freezes into a black screen and nothing happens. It was working fine before.
Steps To Reproduce Just try to start the game using the snes driver.

According to the notes below from Tafoid, a similar bug in another game (Tae Kwon Do) was fixed in MAME version 0.175, which then broke Rushing Beat in this exact same version. Rushing Beat was working fine until version 0.175 so this could be the cause of this regression:

Specifically, the date of the regression seems to be August 22, 2012 - a lot of snes dev happened on that day including (not limited to) rewriting the CPU cycle stealing routine. It is quite possible this is the culprit.
