Summary 06660: genesis, megadriv, megadrij [sonic2]: Priority bug for split screen mode
Description The separator line in Sonic 2 split screen mode is supposed to have higher priority than anything else, and masks any sprite/tilemap graphics.
Current emulation instead shows off some spurious gfxs like the tree and Sonic, check attached screenshot.
Steps To Reproduce * Select 2 players vs mode;
* Select any course but special stage;
* Jump with player 1, check gfxs with player 2 display.

Yes, the megadrive sprite priority is not perfect yet, as I reported before at 06180, confirmed by Haze.

Castle of illusion and Streets of rage are some games with bad sprite priority, as far as I know.
