Some very odd situations you seem to have save stated.

We have to remember a couple things:
- Games were not programmed perfectly. Minor glitches/exploits or other oddness often happens even in the most polished game,
- Save States are not always guaranteed to be saving all information - especially if you are doing a lot of loading and saving - critical information may be lost and as play continues you may experience major glitches to outright program malfunction in some cases.

That said, until any of these situations can be compared to and verified to actual PCB running the game in identical instances, developers will likely never really care to look into this. I'll acknowledge it, labeling it possible pending PCB verification.
