Summary 06871: all games in twinkle.cpp: Offsync in all songs in beatmania IIDX
Description Notes in songs start to drifting away and in the middle of song they are completely offbeat.
Steps To Reproduce Select and play any song
Additional Information Possibly, this occurs because IIDX uses refresh rate 59.94 Hz (as seen here
) for syncing notes, while in MAME refresh rate is 60.00 Hz.

Are you able to show video proof of the issues that you're describing?

Although I'm pretty terrible at playing these types of games, I'm not seeing the syncing issues here on my end.

It's been widely reported.

I think they should be demoted to not working to be honest, the sync issue, along with the general instability others have reported means that they don't really work as intended at all, and the promotion to working state was probably premature.
