Summary	06876: bmiidxc, bmiidxc2: bmiidxc and bmiidxc2 are actually clones of bmiidx and bmiidxs
Description	Beatmania IIDX with DDR 2nd Club Version and beatmania IIDX substream with DDR 2nd Club Version 2 in driver counts as parent but actually they are clones of original beatmania IIDX and beatmania IIDX substream respectively. The only difference between them is that they use different program CHDs (896jaabm.chd and 896jabbm.chd for beatmania IIDX with DDR 2nd Club Version and ge984a01(bm).chd for beatmania IIDX substream with DDR 2nd Club Version 2) that give the ability to link with DDR 2nd Mix Club Version.
