This seems to be a duplicate report
http://mametesters.org/view.php?id=7041

Dipswitch bank 1 controls the coinage, not what the game displays on screen. If you want to change those settings, change 'Coin B' in MAME, but it still won't do what it says on the screen because the test mode is coded incorrectly.

No change is required.

You can easily verify that the dipswitches listed in the MAME menu are correct, not the ones listed in the game. Even other ones like the Demo Sounds are incorrectly listed by the game, but correctly listed by MAME.

MAME does not fix bugs present in the original games, this is a bug present in the original game.

more specifically it looks like the dipswitches listed in test mode are a leftover from
"Idol Janshi Suchie-Pai II" which also runs on Mega System 32

very likely NMK developed both and just forgot to update the descriptions in P47 Aces to the correct one, the ones listed in the game only make sense for a Mahjong game.
