Summary 05227: Hangon Conversion Sets ( shangonro, shangonho, shangonrb): gameplay skips or jumps some frames
Description At the start of the race if you just use accelerator button without touching the direction controls the gameplay skips or jumps some frames and suddenly there's a turn... while if you just touch the controls after the start the gameplay goes correctly
Steps To Reproduce just press accelerator button without touching the direction keys

I'd have to agree with Fujix... I'm willing to bet this is something that happens in the original too. Such a subtle change based on using or not using a control is nearly impossible to be an emulation bug in my opinion. Unless someone else might be able to prove otherwise...

Confirmed in other sets: shangonho, shangonrb
It means this issue is only in Hang On conversions.
