Summary 07801: motoraid, motoraiddx: Track collision issues
Description In all of the tracks, the collision detection is broken in certain parts of the track. This causes you to fall through the ground or get flung into the air. This can be seen in the first track if you stay next to the right wall the entire time. The issue is more severe in the later tracks to the point where the game is almost unplayable.

I have posted this before under 07264 over a year ago but got closed because I couldn't properly trace the regression and gave up. The problem with Motor Raid is the game is currently marked as working AND the issue didn't happen in 0.196 (hence why the game was initially marked as working). My initial guess was the regression was somewhere in between 0.197 or 0.198 where some changes to the TGP core were made to remove Virtua Racing's simulation with emulation of the internal rom.

P.S. If you are wondering why I mentioned Virtua Racing, then it's because Model 1 and Model 2/2A use the TGP for 3d related physics/calculations/collision detection.

We may end up re-flagging this as not working so people are not disappointed.

Regression version confirmed to be 0.197. My initial predictions may have been correct as this was the version with the MB86233/4 rewrite. Rather a bit sad to see Motor Raid only working good in Mame for one version but the rewrite was most likely for the better.
