Undocumented behaviour of address write and sprite overflow was wrong. I've uploaded a diff that fixes it. Look at that file for details.
Reverse engineered/tested/confirmed on multiple computers with TMS graphics chip. Nothing is affected in MAME, but it might fix some problems in MESS.

Address write behaviour was fixed a couple of versions ago.
Sprite overflow behaviour is fixed in 143u2.
