Summary 06020: sshangha, sshanghab, sshanghaj: Black sprites in some cutscenes
Description In quest mode, round 3 cutscenes (before and after the level), the lanterns are completely black.
Also, in round 5 cutscene (only after the level), one player character is totally black, after transforming into a god.
Steps To Reproduce
Additional Information Tested up to 0.61, no regression found. Looks like it always happened.

I've made some fixes to the emulation which should address these bugs


the bootleg still has some issues with text in quest mode, but looking at what it writes I'd be surprised if the bootleg PCB doesn't have the same issues.

I know it's not the reported bug, but is the voice at 22:02 supposed to sound like that? Kind of creepy.

there's a pull request from cam900 in GIT that adjusts the frequency of the OKI M6295, so that will probably fix the voices.
