Summary MESS-specific 06074: glasgow: Mouse no longer able to move chess pieces
Description In a windowed view, you should be able to use the mouse to move the pieces. The mouse is now ignored, making the game unplayable.

I think the problem applies to all the chess games, not just glasgow, although this needs confirming.
Steps To Reproduce Start the game. Try to move a pawn. Click on pawn, it should go grey. Click on where it should move to. It should move.

The artwork needs to be changed, apparently, to account for changes in the inputs from this commit:

Yes, sorry that it wasn't done immediately after detection.

However, the chess artwork created should work for all versions of MAME from current back to 0.165.
