The game was added in 0.64, I find it misleading when the regression version is filled with the version of inclusion, after all it's not a regression. Better would be to use a value making clear it has always been this way. e.g. 'since added'

Also I don't know why the regression flag is set in this report?

I know I've always put the version in if it's the inclusion date - it's still the last reported date of the bug and I mention it on my reports that it was included in .xxx.. It narrows down the problem, still, because they know which source to start looking at. Some of those first included versions are not easy to find due to set renames and moving romsets around.

In short, if it's noted in the description or information that the regression is the first known version which it was included in MAME - that version listed in regression field will be fine. Perhaps regression should be renamed, so people don't get too technical over the terms...
