I'm not sure if this will show anything unknown or useful, or why differences exist in this video (the pcb's age etc.?) vs. MAME. But check around 7:20 + or later, for example. The wall lines dart through the bottom line while in MAME they are more perfectly lined up. And the "rabid" vector jumping at 7:38 doesn't happen in MAME.
