Summary 03529: mwalk, mwalkj, mwalku: Coin 1 changes when DIP B5 is set to 2-Players
Description When DIP B5 is set to 3-Players, Coin 1, 2 and 3 function as normal, but when this DIP is switched to 2-Players, Coin 1 becomes coin 2 and coin2 becomes coin 3
Steps To Reproduce 1. Set DIP B5 to " Players
2. Press 2P coin chute

This game uses special coin input to support 3-player input.
Pin 16 is for Coin 1 in normal JAMMA connection, but it's Coin 3 in this game, and Pin d is used for Coin 1 which is not used usually.

When you set the game P2 mode, it uses the ordinal assignment. Not a bug.
