This game was released on September 1986 in Japan as "XX Mission (Double X Mission)".

AntoPISA, if you read carefully, you will note that this is NOT an original UPL manual. An original manual would not say "licensed to this, distributed by that"

Perhaps this was "Mission: XX" (United Artist Theater Amusements, 1987) (UPL License) or however it should be written MAME-style, for the US version, and is undumped.

Or maybe the US version is identical to the Japan version and only the cabinet marquee, sideart, and manual cover and manual text are different.
