Summary 04798: xtom3d: How to load games
Description I'm new in mame, so I believe that is no easy but probably for the mamedevs that will be.

That hardware appears to be closer to the Andamiro's Pump it Up (MK3 board) games (And is possible to see: the mainboard is exactly MK3!)

I reproduced that game in DOSBOX Daum, using glide emulation.

in xtom3d set the "u3" file is simillar to an FDD image and spliting "u4", "u5", "u6" and "u7" we have an FAT disk like an HDD.
Steps To Reproduce To make it run in dosbox daum I renamed the "u3" to "A.001", "u4" to "C.001", "u5" to "C.002", "u5" to "C.003" and finally "u7" to "C.004", so I used 7zip to extract the contents.

I'm sorry, this does basically nothing to help MAME and isn't really a bug report in any sense of the word. While it's neat and nifty you can get something out of other emulators for a PC-Based arcade game, this site isn't the place to talk about it. There are plenty of emulation sites that you could discuss this on - just not here.

I don't know, it's kinda useful to know the image is good and there is no problematic protection of note.

As long as MAME/MESS performance is dire and compatibility is low meaning nobody can verify such things in MAME it's useful to know that it could be a realistic target to get running with minimal 'extra' problems.
