Summary | 05279: ngp, ngpc: System Clock not saving | ||||
Description |
it seems like the system clock is not saving. the other settings saved, but not the clock if I press the power key or do a soft reset, the system clock restores to the correct time. but if I do a hard reset or choose another system and restart the system the system clock is at 0:00 AM and the date 1/1/2000. I am really getting frustrated because I have to re-set the clock every time I start up the system. |

This is already widely known issue already but since this isn't officially logged, I'll accept this as a placeholder for the issue. There are 2 separate parts that require batteries on the device, one for the game device itself and one for the internal backup memory and clock. The latter is not emulated. |

It doesn't even do that now. The date reverts to (blank month) 0, 2000. Pressing down-arrow at this point puts rubbish into the month field. |
