Summary 06395: mp_soni2: Blank screen at end of game and game credits not working correctly
Description After adding a single credit, One or Two players can be selected.
"PUSH 1P START BUTTON" is permanently displayed & Credit does not decrease when started - See Image
After playing a game, At the continue game countdown - 1Player or 2Player buttons will play game.
If the countdown is left to finish the screen goes blank - See Image
Steps To Reproduce 1. Add credit.
2. Play game until all lives are lost.
3. When the continue countdown starts - Press the 1Player or 2Player button.
4. The game will start as if you added a credit and continued.

5. If you leave the countdown to finish, It will display a blank screen.
6. Adding credits will increase the displayed credit count (But no game can be started).
