Summary	06673: stbsub: Missing dip-switch info.
Description	In MAME, the last 3 dip-switches are listed as unknown. http://antelopearcade.com/files/8%20Liner%20Gambling%20Games/TREASURE_BONUS.PDF lists them as different settings for clear ticket unit.
