Summary 08842: travrusa: not save selected character palette PROM
Description Thanks for reading my topic.
In recent 0.263 was added alternate color proms for Traverse USA\Zippy Race.
When starting travrusa need select between 1 or 2 character palette prom.
However that selection not is saved and need to be selected each time the game is started even if in "bios selection" menu was selected an prom version.
That is an correct behavior ? will be good if selected prom is saved.

 Confirmed, but the implementation seems somewhat unusual, some might consider it hacky.
