Summary	01460: blitz99, blitz2k: [possible] You can only play against 3 different teams after entering initials.
Description	Needs verification on the real pcb: In Blitz99 & Blitz2k, when you put in your initials for record keeping, you play only against one of three teams: Atlanta, Chicago, or Indianapolis. However, when you don't put in your initials, you will play against varying opponents. I asked a buddy of mine who used to play it here before all the arcades closed. He said the machine didn't do that. I argued that MAME is very accurate. Is there anyway to confirm or deny this?

No.00057 Fujix Administrator Mar 7, 2008, 08:31	As reported in 00974, both crash just after the VS. screen though, I tried it. If your name is already registered with "Create Play", the first opponent is always Indianapolis as the attachment shows. If I enter a name and it is not registered, the opponent team is one of them.

No.00496 DJ Infinity Tester Apr 2, 2008, 04:37	Ok, I now have my machine. It's a NFL Blitz 2000 gold edition running Seattle hardware. There is a definate bug in Mame. When you first enter your initials the game doesn't say you've beaten 5 teams. It starts you off at zero. I play with Oakland all the time. My opponents were as follows, (at the time of this posting) Chicago, Indianapolis, Atlanta then Tennessee. The game did not limit me to the first 3. You actually play against every team. I hope this helps.
