Summary	00151: [debug] Debug build asserts.
Description	Asserts in debug build (updated in 0.114u2): mpu4.c: dealem assert: src/emu/palette.c:837: pen < palette->total_colors ottlieb.c: reactor, screwloo, usvsthem 3 games I noticed will after a few seconds crash out of debug build, all with the following assert: assert: src/emu/cpuintrf.c:1270: bytes <= activecpu_max_instruction_bytes() nmk16.c: tdragonb fails with assert: src/emu/streams.c:719: input->latency_subseconds < strdata->update_subseconds
