Summary 01862: burnforc, burnfrcj: Flickering/misplaced graphics in Service Mode
Description If you set service mode, exit MAME, then restart in Service mode - the red text denoting the selection will quickly be misplaced and displayed in many different areas in quick succession.

This is POSIRQ related.

Note: if you press F2 during boot or on the titlescreen, POSIRQ level is set to 0, and the glitch does not occur.

Yes, this still happens, but I get it to trigger more when I am cycling through the screens with 9. I also got it to trigger when pressing F2 during boot and at the title screen. Added a video of it.

EDIT: I also noticed a pattern when starting the game with service mode enabled first. Press 9 once to get to the SWITCH TEST screen and watch the time. At around 9 seconds I see the glitch for a few seconds, then at around 28-29 seconds it comes back again and stays.
