|Summary||02626: crimfght2, crimfghtj: Cannot start a game|
About #02619 closes, I well understood it by watching picture of control panel. I've contributed without confirming it properly. I'm sorry to Mr.Haze and Mr.Tafoid.
...But, clones of crimfght (crimfgtj and crimfgt2) have start buttons and some problems (It's reliable this time).
Neither start buttons show response,and there's not setting of button #3 (Back kick button),so button #3 don't show response (Can't engage back kick).

|There were changes in the driver dating to 0.126u4 which took out the start button for all the 2 player versions and appears to assume all sets do not have a start button. It would appear the 2 player version requires a mapped start button.|

it was a mistake. I clearly remember to have added a PORT_MODIFY to add back the start button (only button 3 was meant to be removed).
I fear I sent an outdated patch, sorry. feel free to submit a fix (or I will submit it in 5/6 hours)
