Summary 03603: karnov, karnovj: incorrect difficulty dipswitch
Description The Difficulty dipswitch is incorrect for Karnov and Karnovj sets:

Current MAME setting HARD should be set to EASY
Current MAME setting EASY should be set to NORMAL
Current MAME setting NORMAL should be set to HARD
Current MAME setting VERY HARD is correct and needs no change

Can be verified by general speed of enemies, but best way is to count the number of hits the first grey enemy (who throws biscui, er rocks at you) needs to die.

Chelnov may also need changing as it's on the same driver, but I couldn't find any way of checking difficulty on that (does it actually change?).

The settings were put in per manual back in 0.113u1 .. they probably not fitness tested. I'll look at the driver soon.

When I get some time, I'll clean up/verify Dips for all sets in the driver as well as 03604. Until then, I've fixed up the dips based on report.
