Summary 03862: vsgshoe: [possible] Shots hit multiple targets
Description When multiple targets are on the screen, sometimes your shots affect targets in addition to the one you actually shot. Which targets are affected seems to depend on their relative position on the screen.

Example: If you shoot a bird that's higher on the screen than the hero, the bird will die and the hero will also jump as if you shot him. But if you shoot a bird that's lower on the screen than the hero, your shot will only affect the bird, and will not make the hero jump.
Steps To Reproduce
Additional Information I'm honestly not sure if this is an emulation bug or a flaw (or feature) of the original game, hence the "possible" flag.

It's definitely not a 0.137u3 regression; I've already checked.

Analog input is heavily broken here.
The cross hair goes away when I move mouse, no response to keyboard inputs.
