Summary	04454: seabass: Black Screen after patents screen
Description	The game ID's, shows copyrights, patents as normal. When you'd normally see the title screen, it never comes on and you are left at a black screen.

No.08360 NekoEd Senior Tester Mar 15, 2012, 17:46	Attempting to enter the game's test mode via the ST-V Test Mode also results in a black screen with the emulated system fully hung. (You can enter the ST-V test mode before or on the black screen after the "SYSTEM CHECKING" screen. Selecting "EACH GAME TEST" to try to enter the game's test mode will cause it to hang up on a black screen you can't get out of, except by reset.)
