I don't think I fixed this. It doesn't necessarily happen straight away, it can take a while. But it's likely got something to do with the driver not working and giving the chip invalid data.

yeah, I only quick tested the retest of the asserts. May bad.

This still occurs, but you have to turn off logging otherwise it grinds to a halt.
