Summary 06456: mj4simai: Missing transition graphical zoom/spin effect
Description Between most screen transitions (for example after pressing start, or between girl select and game screen), this game actually does a zoom & spin (not rotational, just X/Y spiral) effect as a screen wipe. It also zooms and pans across winning hands at the end of a round.

Will try to get a video but struggling with equipment.
Steps To Reproduce Start & play game.

Very poor video with me holding a DSLR pointed at the TV..... You can see the effects though at least. Cropping of picture is down to TV.

As an aside the game name is wrong too, pretty sure it should be "Wakakusa Monogatari" rather than those two all being one word.

Some improvements on the seta2 driver have been done recently.
This is how the game looked before, with the lack of zoom and spin effect:

Tested on mame 0.205. Used cheats to win the match and see possible emulated effects.
After recent changes in seta2 driver, the mentioned spin effect has been emulated (see 0:09, 0:20, 1:00, 1:11 )
But I see no zoom effect, it seems the mentioned zoom is not emulated yet.

Unluckily, system11's pcb video seems deleted now, so there's no possible comparison with the pcb.
I've found a video of the sega saturn version. This version changed the spin transitions effect with a tunnel effect.
But the zoom effect after a winning a hand is still there. Check 7:00. In the arcade version I guess it was the same or very similar.
