Summary 06489: Various service buttons are hard coded when they could be assigned to default service buttons.
Description This is a placeholder for multiple instances of service buttons being hard coded.

Reference 06470

It would be sensible and consistent to use existing service buttons rather than arbitrary hard coded assignments.

A quick search indicates there are more instances of hard coding service buttons that require review and/or corrections.

I have also noticed games that have "High Score Reset" button could be made more consistent (Using IPT_SERVICE4).
