| Summary | 06631: vgmplay: Attempting to play a .vgm/.vgz file containing 2 X POKEY does not play back correctly. | ||||
| Description |
A VGM Pack from the Atari Arcade version of Tetris, which has hardware containing 2 x POKEYs does not playback correctly. The playback is unusually stuttered and slow (only 5% speed on my i5) when normal 1 X POKEY vgmrips (such as Mario Bros and Xevious) work fine. http://vgmrips.net/packs/chip/pokey |
||||
| Steps To Reproduce |
Visit: http://vgmrips.net/packs/pack/tetris-atari-arcade There is a web-based player on the page. Attempting to play any track is successful. Download the vgmpack: http://vgmrips.net/files/Arcade/Tetris_%28Atari%29_%28Arcade%29.zip Unzip and use the following MAME command to launch: EG: mame vgmplay -bitb "path/to/filename" (just like using any other image for a machine) or start MAME and select VGMPLAY and use the File Manager to select a file to play. |
