Are you able to show video proof of the issues that you're describing?

Although I'm pretty terrible at playing these types of games, I'm not seeing the syncing issues here on my end.

I can't record the video, so I recorded the inputs. Here are for IIDX 7th style, with ini and cfg for maximum compatibility.!AixBCPgbYouloV1crHBhkQOvsPva

It's been widely reported.

I think they should be demoted to not working to be honest, the sync issue, along with the general instability others have reported means that they don't really work as intended at all, and the promotion to working state was probably premature.

Maybe, but I think it's worth to try to change the refresh rate to 59.94 Hz. All arcade beatmania IIDX uses the refresh rate for syncing, and I shouldn't say about that but I used to try cracked ArcadePC versions and they suffered the same issue if refresh rate is different and vsync is disabled.
