Summary	06923: ogonsiro: main tune is not being played during some fights
Description	At the 1st stage, the main tune is not being played when you fight the 1st and the 3rd fighter. It is activated right after you defeat these fighters though, so in the 2nd and 4th fight, the main tune plays just fine.
Steps To Reproduce	Just play the game through the first 4 fights.

At least it is the behavior I remember from the PCB when I played it for the last time in the arcades. @wuemura: If you have a good sound system you will notice a music difference between the 1st and 3rd fights and between the 2nd and 4th fights. The louder tune is not being played during the 1st and 3rd fights.

No.14905 wuemura Viewer Mar 30, 2018, 22:20 edited on: Mar 30, 2018, 22:24	Looking at this two sources, looks like one of the YM2203 channels, maybe the PSG's, are not playing or if it is, is playing too low. The other issue I've noticed is that the machine already start with 1 credit.
