This is very noticiable in the game, principally in the start (when all are taken hostages), this problem exist various years ago The possible are: Out of sync BGM and sounds with incorrect clockspeed The cpu has wrong sync and incorrect clocks A video(original pcb) PS: This behavour is not present in PS3 version (capcom arcade cabinet) |

A longer video here (turn up the volume) Music pitch and tempo matches MAME. Overclocking the maincpu in MAME has no effect on music sync, clearing maincpu vblank IRQ at vblank end has no effect either. So the most likely cause is incorrect screen refresh rate. |
