Summary 07241: thrilld and clones: LAN board test marks as bad
Description The LAN board test on the game test startup screen will mark as bad if you perform a system test boot via dipswitch. Racing Jam and its clone's LAN board test will mark ok.
Steps To Reproduce Boot the game with the dip switch "Test Mode" enabled.
Additional Information I would check this issue with the video mode set to anything other than d3d because of a crashing issue (I have it set to bgfx). Never tested in previous versions with the game marked as working.

I can confirm the BAD message. Looking at the source notes reveals the existence of a LAN board, but no mention of roms. Perhaps they are not dumped or dumpable. Certainly, the roms are not in the rom regions.

Not sure how this should be categorised. It isn't a bug.

Konami at one point made a kit to convert a Racing Jam into a Thrill Drive. The kit supplied a different network board to replace the old one.

Decided to compare the two network boards again and noticed a small chip added on the B revision. It looks very similar to the serial eeprom used on Silent Scope 2's network board. The missing eeprom could explain the bad LAN board test only in Thrill Drive for sure.
