No regression, it's like this since 0.78. It was far worse from 0.68 (first added) to 0.77u3. The winning hand cheat doesn't affect this bug. In any case, I'm attaching an inp without cheats. |

I've confirmed watching provided .inp I also labeled it possible pending some PCB comparison. There is an outside chance this happens on actual hardware. |
