Summary	07400: clickable artwork: dummy input listener is ignored
Description	Clickable artwork: dummy input listener is ignored. Test with ssimon, click on one of the sliders. MAME shouldn't 'hear' the input in this area since I've purposely written a dummy one before it. I've used this trick in a few other layouts.
